  • A dated letter acknowledging the content of this grantee report. This letter must be signed by your Executive Director or Board President, and printed on your letterhead with your official office address.

  • Include the original budget submitted in the proposal as well as the actual funds spent. Include all income and expense for the project, not just those relating specifically to the Roberts Foundation’s grant.
