Congratulations to violinist Melissa White, the Roberts Foundation’s 2023-2024 Joyce C. Willis Artist-in-Residence with Hartford Symphony Orchestra!
Melissa won the Grammy Award for Best Classical Compendium. The recording is a collaboration between the Harlem Quartet and Imani Winds of composer Jeffrey Scott’s work, Passion for Bach and Coltrane.
Melissa will return to Hartford in March for a few community appearances and in June for the Masterworks concert: The Planets.
